1) CPU: It is the chief component of a computer. The fastest processor generally does not yield the best battery runtimes. When it comes to cheap netbooks, Atom N450 and N455 are the most commonly used processors. Expensive and higher end netbooks feature the dual core Intel Atom D525 or AMD E350 processor. Atom D525 is generally paired with Nvidia ion graphics processing unit and the AMD E350 comes integrated with Ati Radeon HD 6310 GPU. Both of the aforementioned processors are fully capable of rendering 1080p video, something the budget processors are not capable of. The E350 is being used in the Asus Eee PC 1215b netbook.
